"La Casa Blanca de Vigan is one of the best places I’ve stayed in the city. The rooms are excellent and give off a 5-star vibe, while still keeping that charming ancestral Vigan feel. The slight mustiness and creaky floors add to the old-house character, nothing too bothersome. The luxury-level toiletries and beddings really elevate the stay, and the breakfast (an Ilocano buffet included in the room rate) is very good. "The staff on the front desk was very helpful within their limits of responsibilities. Bathroom needs improvement, no toilet seat, you have to ask for toilet paper. They imposed excessive charge to use the picnic areas, PH1000.00, 150.00 to use their dirty bbq grill, 300.00 to bring your own liquor. Very limited breakfast menu. The beach area is excellent for children, surprisingly its free. Will I come back, I don't think so."
