"This hotel is located in a farm property could be much updated it says they have a swim up pool bar and wasnt even functioning the pool was full of dead mosquitos and flies they could have someone cleaning it at least twice a day the service was terrible we had to do everything on our own to reserved activities they couldn’t call from the front desk and ask what hours available the food was from days before hard bread and for lunch they had one plate that had gone bad already tasted spoiled they...

"Hotel maravilhoso, bem grande e com a área de lazer separada da maioria dos quartos o que é bem confortável em relação ao barulho. Comida maravilhosa, muito farta e diversa. Único problema que eu tive foi que sou alérgica a glúten e tive uma grande restrição de alimentos no café da manhã, pois não tem opções para celíacos. Uma pena, pois vi várias vezes uma nutricionista fazendo a vistoria dos alimentos, mas nessa situação dos alérgicos não foi muito pensando. "

Tenho experiência com diversos hotéis, pouquíssimas vezes eu e minha família fomos tão bem tratados assim, do começo ao fim da estadia. Só elogios e indico para todos sem dúvida! "O hotel é bem rústico, os móveis antigos e sem cuidados. Não tem ar condicionado nos quartos. A estrutura deixa muito a desejar. O restaurante não tem iluminação e só abre para o café da manhã, que é péssimo tbm. O horário de check in e check out é muito inconveniente, às dez horas. A administração é muito intransigente. Além disso, o pagamento é feito na hora da entrada. Não recomendaria pra ninguem."

"Extra charges for no reason by this hotel. I booked my stay with hotels.com, checked in and paid for my stay. Upon checkout the front desk said I owed additional amount which was over double that I already paid hotels.com! I almost missed my flight going back and forth with the front desk. It was a complete nightmare. This hotel obviously is running a scam on foreign tourists by trying to change the hotel price after check in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE"
