"The hotel is small and exceptionally well managed by the owners Francisco and Frederica Stefanie, who are true service people who do their job with a smile and always a kind word. They work hard and are always available to make your stay a good one. The front desk person, Sylvia, helped me in ways words cannot express. My passport and license was kept by Alamo at Malpensa. "The hotel has a very nice location, very quiet and surrounded by nature, it’s a 10/15 mins walk only from the center.
Very nice and available staff, the hotel is very well organized with a private transport service that drives you to the main ski lifts in a couple of minutes.
Nice and cozy wellness spa area, very good continental breakfast and restaurant.
The only little thing is the hairdryer in the rooms which is a bit old so it takes some time above all for women to dry hair.
