"Single traveller, using the hotel as a half way stop during a long journey. Stayed just for one night. The staff, from the reception to the restaurant were absolutely fantastic. Knew my name and used it, I felt like their most important customer, even though the hotel/restaurant seemed busy. "The hotel is conveniently located, includes free parking in a multi story car park (with very low headroom so any tall vehicles will not fit), and although from the outside it's just a concrete box, the staff were very nice, the room was spacious, recently renovated, air conditioned and quiet. The room was spotless and the shower was powerful and hot. The wifi was fast. Amazing quality and value for the price. "

"The property is under construction and no restaurant available. That made ot hard to judge staff. But there was a young deaf woman who cleaned rooms. She was extremely helpful when I needed more towels. The front desk was not manned at all times so I was lucky to come across her. She went out of her way to help me though she was clearly busy. Nice hotel. Enjoyed the air conditioning. "

" Hotel is in a good location. Our basement room was disappointing in that the bathroom door didn't close properly and the soap dispenser fell off the wall in the shower when used. I didn't like that the shower head was imbedded high on the wall and no way to manouvre it. Our dirty coffee cups were not replaced nor the coffee / milk replenished. "

"First time to the Argyll Hotel, booked a single room. Nicely appointed, ground floor. All staff really friendly, both reception and breakfast crew. Special thank you to the young man on reception who lent me his 'phone as mine had died. Hotel is perfectly situated for visits to the Kelvingrove Museum, concerts at the bandstand, and a multitude of restaurants and bars in this nice area of Glasgow."

"We stayed 2 nights and had a wonderful time, staff are so helpful and accommodating for anything we needed and friendly. Breakfast was nice and food places in the grounds are also good food my only thing I’d say is I needed more than 2 teabags a day but again could get some from breakfast area. The facilities around the park are amazing especially the waterside as there is a speedboat, pedalos and bumper boats cost £10.90 for all 3.
