Everything was good we paid for the upgraded room and it was nice with balcony. Just be aware in the weekend the middle court yard has nice music that you can hear in your room till about 11:30 pm

The staff was amazing. They took care of us even after we arrived late at like 3 AM the restaurant that they partner with had the most amazing food selection and they treated us like royalty. If you go to the restaurant, ask for Georgia she’s amazing.

The staff was extremely friendly, professional and everything was perfect. The deluxe room was more than enough for myself, my wife and my 7 month old daughter. The breakfast was delicious and there was a wide variety of different food. We’ll be back soon!

start with issues first, hotels.com states has free parking. Also amenities listed as sauna. However, each of those cost money per hotel lobby staff. Room and hotel was great, we got a crummy view however. Otherwise happy

Very nice hotel. Everything was nice more or less. Good location and very relaxing environment. Breakfast hours could have been longer though. The staff at breakfast did not serve coffee too often, you needed to catch their attention. We had vip/gold membership at Hotels.com but they need not offer a free upgrade despite we were eligible and they had availability.

Beautiful new property with great service

New hotel with great courtyard of variable dining options. Wonderful welcoming service, perfect linens ! Great AC and WiFi. Best breakfast in our month throughout Sardinia. Can’t say enough good things about this property! Walk to shopping, old town and dining. Longish cab ride to beaches. Would only stay here on return to Cagliari.

Very nice hotel, perfect location, friendly staff

A very nice hotel, looks very new, perfect location to explore Cagliari or the wider area. It has a parking garage (a bit pricey at €20/night). Also a spa with small pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and a large gym. On the square there are several very good restaurants. Breakfast was great. Staff very friendly, professional and helpful. On new years day they even gave guests a free (and very nice) panettone, delivered to the room with a note. Not the cheapest hotel but worth the money. Very pleasant stay.
