"For just under $480 Cdn for 1 night, we were expecting a pretty nice room, but this was far worse than almost any other hotel room we've stayed in and I'm glad there is an opportunity to add photos. We arrived quite late at night after being 'on the go' for 16 hours, pretty much fell into bed, and didn't notice much until the morning. 1) "filter status" on the water fountain/bottle filling station in the hallway was red and the water was terrible 2) the tv apparently has 90+ channels, but the remote has no numberpad so the only option is to channel+/- one at a time and the on-screen guide only lists the 'local' channels (maybe 20 or so) 3) the main room light housed a collection of dead bugs 4) the sprinkler was very roughly cut into the ceiling drywall, not finished/capped at all, and we could see some of the pipes 5) and then there's the bathroom......!! • the exhaust fan did not work • the shower curtain bar was wobbly and wall tiles were cracked at both ends • the tub had sustained some damage and the so-called repair was very sloppy • something dark brown was splattered all over the outside of the full length of the tub • multiple areas of the bathroom walls had brown splatters/drips, including beside the toilet With only 1 other hotel in town right now (looks like a 3rd is under construction), I guess they can get away with charging 5-star rates for a 2-star (at best) room. Breakfast was decent, but we had better at much less expensive properties."

"This is my second time staying here. The place is very clean. Staff is always friendly. Valet service top notch. The rooms are clean. Beds are very comfortable. Outside pool is very nice. "

"The room was a good size! Bed and pillows were comfy! There was some chipping of paint in the room and paintings off the wall. Breakfast was very good with a lot of selections! The only complaint is the walls seem to be thin. We heard a baby yelling and crying on and off all night! It was a bit frustrating! Definitely if we come to the area again it wouldn’t stop us from staying again!"

"Will not stay here again. The staff was friendly however I was not a fan of the cleanliness. There was something spilled in the floor all throughout the lobby into the elevator. It was still there the next morning when we went to leave as well. Was never cleaned up. There was a musky smell throughout the entire place. In serious need of renovations. Went to find something to drink and all they had available was at the front desk in a cooler that apparently did not work. It was hot… Went to get ice and the ice maker was broke. Went to 3 different floors before I got one that worked. Convenient location and friendly staff but that’s all this place had going for it. "
