"Receptionen er komplet håbløs, langt fra imødekommende og gammeldags. Ved ankomst skulle jeg finde min kvittering fra Hotels frem og maile den til dem - de kunne ikke se at jeg havde betalt. Vi havde valgt en premium lejlighed med udsigt til poolen - det fik vi ikke og opgav at forklare det til personalet. Vi boede sådan set i et hul bag en stor hæk og fik intet lys ind i lejligheden. Vi satte havemøblerne ud på vejen bagved for at få lidt sol. Lejligheden er meget sløjt udstyret og de fire...

"This hotel was just what we were looking for to take a catamaran trip. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, uphill from the port, which has wonderful restaurants and a superb coffee shop with amazing pastries. We parked onsite and left the car parked for 2 nights never moving it until leaving. The room was 119, spacious with full sea view. Check in & out was so smooth and very clean. We appreciated the exceptional detail and care the older gentleman took in the breakfast area. "

"This place was absolutely beautiful. The pool and private beach were everything. Watch the sunset from the pool deck. It’s breathtaking. The Mediterranean gardens lining the walkways were stunning. We upgraded to a deluxe room and it was perfect for me and my 13 year old daughter. Would be perfect for a couple as well. "

"Giovanni, Sall and the staff were brilliant. The staff were very helpful at all times and very welcoming. If anyone is booking I would suggest booking a room with a balcony which is what we had overlooking the pool area. Breakfast was great and dinner was good particularly the mushroom risotto. My only feedback would that there needs to be more menu choice for those that have paid for half-board. Perhaps three options per course rather than just two. Overall a very nice stay for the two days that we were there."

"Our visit to Sardinia was very pleasant and the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel was nice Adeel was at the reception desk and the way he greeted us and shared the information was very pleasant and friendly After a long drive from Olbia airport to Palau our accommodation was quite lovely as we were able to check in fast and easy fashion The room was very clean and comfortable with amazing views overlooking the beach and the port of Palau The convenient location was a great spot for walking to the city center for shopping and dining. Also to enjoy the free beaches and to get to the ferry and enjoy the activities!!!!"
