But worst was the air con, it never worked, and every time we asked they would disappear saying they were checking it and try to assure us it would now be working. "The property has a beautiful view but was very dated. The sliding door to the balcony did not function well, so we had to leave it open all the time. The lock in the frontdoor did not function well because something was broken. We locked ourselves in or could not open it anymore from the outside. So we had to leave it open all the time.
