"This place was filthy, particularly the bathroom. The exhaust fan was caked with dirt and the walls and floors needed scrubbed. The linens were frayed and tattered. The stairway was unsafe as the open boards tilted inward. The top of the stairs had a cushioned beam as it was even too small for our 5'6" daughter to clear without injury. I have photos but don't know how to attach. We left early. Do not recommend and Expedia should not be associated. Unsafe."

"Positives:- Very close walkable to calangute beach...even baga beach is walkable distance swimming pool nice breakfast options staff are friendly and courteous good place to stay with friends like bachelors negatives:- management changed recently renovation being done and so many things like AC not working internet at hotel hardly works"

"Hotel pics are deceiving. Sheets had stains all over and not cleaned when I asked. Receptionist couldn’t find our key and blamed it on us. Sq footage showed 344 sq ft when room is actually 144 sq ft. Spoke to general Mgr and initially she said she would refund but when hotels.com rep called she refused. Overall my worst hotel experience ever"
