"The resort was one of our favorites! We will definitely be back. The rooms were clean and well stocked. The pools and hot tubs were so fun. The only downside was the lullaby’s played at the pool! The private path to Lego land was a game changer! "

"Immediately upon arrival the agent that check me and my wife into to the room seem to have a bitter attitude. The greeting was no warm at all. My wife and I were confused how the deposit and hold to get the room was handled. My is way more thorough than I and we both were confused when she (front desk) said your room was paid online but we need a credit card for 100 for the room. I said to the agent will we get charged right now or is that an incidental hold. She just repeated we need a credit card for 100. Needless to say my wife credit card was charged 100.00 on 3/20 Friday but we checked out on Monday 3/16! So.i called back to the hotel and of course the agent reminded me that she knew who we were. She then proceeds to tell me there's a difference a hold a charge and every hotel has the discretion to charge that fee.. There were issues at this hotel we checked in and so therefore they charge a 100 deposit instead of a incidental hold...so livid!!! Cause the customer service was on zero from her because she says that she mentioned that to my wife and we signed the paperwork so we understood what was happening. If this is how Days inn conducts business from a bait and switch position, I definitely will not be staying "

"We got there early but still had to wait until beyond our check-in time. They didn’t even send anyone to “inspect” the rooms until after check-in time. They didn’t appear very busy and I think “inspection” should have been completed and the room ready at least on time."

"Spacious lobby with plenty of seating accommodations. Quiet and comfortable dark room. My only gripe is a $7 parking fee per night. "

"Why I gave one star due to the facts is the room water issues. Either is a super cold or a steamy hot water. It’s not safe for my two young kids to shower either they’re getting sick or getting burn. I called the front desk and the maintenance gentleman came up to our room and couldn’t solved the problem. Unfortunately I have to returned the room keys within less than two hours since checked in. The staff were great and friendly. Unfortunately they’re full booked from what I been told from the front desk staff and this is happening on the weekday (Thursday 03/18/2026). "

"I recently stayed at LEGOLAND Hotel California in a Pirate-themed room, and while my kids were initially very excited, the experience started off on a disappointing note. Check-in is advertised at 4:00 PM, but our room wasn’t ready until around 5:30 PM. Unfortunately, the staff didn’t seem particularly concerned or apologetic about the delay, which set the tone for the stay. When we finally got to the room, one of the main pirate-themed curtain pieces above the headboard—something prominently shown in photos—was missing. This was a letdown for the kids. When we contacted the front desk, we were told that rooms re-furbished and nothing could be done, which felt dismissive. For the price point, the room itself felt quite generic, and there weren’t many standout perks to justify the high cost. While breakfast quality was good, the service was slow and disorganized. Guests were often made to wait in line despite several empty tables, which was frustrating. On the day of checkout, we requested additional towels early in the morning (around 7:00 AM) but were told to go to the front desk instead, even though towels were visibly available. This felt inconvenient, especially when we were just trying to get ready for the day. Overall, the experience was average at best. Given the price—around $600 per night—I expected better service, more attention to detail, and a better experience. There are likely better-value options nearby with more amenities and stronger service. "
