"After working a full night shift in Los Angeles, I drove straight to Oceanside for my son’s soccer tournament. When I arrived at the hotel I had originally booked, I found out my three-night reservation had been canceled because I didn’t check in the first night. Exhausted and frustrated, I decided to try Hyland Inn. I showed up around 11AM knowing check-in wasn’t until 3PM and respectfully explained my situation, just hoping for a little understanding. The gentleman at the front desk didn’t hesitate — he simply said, “Absolutely, no problem.” That level of professionalism and empathy turned a long, frustrating day into a great, restful ending. Because of him, I was able to get the rest I needed and show up fully for my son at his tournament. Small acts matter. Customer service like that is why I’ll be back."

"I took my daughter here for her 11th birthday 🥳 & I honestly thought she had outgrown Legoland & that it might be too young for her BUT I was Soo wrong! She Absolutely loved everything about this themed Legoland hotel & the Legoland Amusement Park. This hotel has thought of anything & everything that parents need for their children while away at a hotel. I was absolutely amazed at all the little convenances of home from multiple step stools to water bottles & apple juice boxes in the hotel rooms & the handheld shower sprayer in the bath & primary colored wooden hangers in the open closet, large bathroom sinks and child and adult toilet seats. You all have thought of everything! My daughters' favorite thing was the large dry river of Legos to make anything she wanted to make near the lobby. My hands down favorite thing were the elevators which are the BEST elevators I have ever experienced in my 53 years of living. Nothing says FUN Birthday celebration than walking into a Legoland hotel elevator & the doors shut & the elevator goes dark & then a disco ball in the ceiling and strobe lights turn on & ABBA song are blasting from the speakers inside the elevator. Every parent is dancing and every child is looking at their parents dancing and they are giggling and smiling! I danced more in these elevators with unknown parents than I have danced my entire life & we were all laughing & giggling & truly having FUN! ❤️ Thank you for letting me experience my childhood again! "
