"This was our 3rd stay at this location, so we knew what to expect. For this type of property (we stayed 4 nights, so were looking for economy), it's very comfortable. Room was clean, and service was great. There is a pool, but we didn't have time to look at it or use it. Ample parking. No breakfast, and would have liked a coffee maker. All in all, very pleasant stay. But don't forget to bring shampoo lol."

"We had a wonderful stay during a family wedding weekend. The owners are very attentive and take great care of the property. Ideal location, clean rooms, comfy beds and all the basics needed for a great Oceanside stay."

"Had room 117 which was handicapped amenities. Step in shower allowed water to drain onto smooth floor . Very slippery..no anti skid material or pad on floor..very dangerous for handicapped guests. OSHA would not have approved this room for handicapped guests. Shower curtain allowed water to spill onto floor. Reported issue to desk.Recommend non skid floor mats or safety strips on floor ."

"On the last day of our stay there were plumbing issues and the staff did nothing to help. We had to leave the property without being able to use any part of the bathroom. There were multiple families with the same issue."

"Stayed here this weekend. Overall it was ok but I would not recommend if you aren’t comfortable with an unclean environment. Me and my partner didn’t stay in the room other than to sleep so we dealt with it, but I probably wouldn’t recommend if you plan on spending a lot of time there. One of the towels they provided had a bunch of black spots all over it and when I brought it up to the front desk they seemed annoyed that I was requesting a new one and wouldn’t even grab it with their own hands....

"You can feel doors closing from other rooms while you are in your room and it shakes the room, walls are thin. Room overall was clean beds were ok and pool was clean. Breakfast was overall good, but everything wasn’t getting stocked and when we asked the staff they scoffed on the first morning there but there was no coffee at all, no cereal no milk. If these things don’t bother you I would say the room itself was good, and that’s what you get for a budget hotel."
