"This hotel didn't have anything as stated in their description. The tub leaked, the bathroom facet was loose, and we had to ask for tools and shampoo. Our feet were black from walking on the floor. To get clean towels we had to give them towels to get clean ones. The pool is under repair and not available."

My wife and kids were at this hotel without me so she called me terrified about the situation. Yes the manager was a man making the situation even worst. Just to have a follow up room phone ringing 10 minutes later. Why would an employee even a manager need to be entering ANYONES room at 1 in the morning. This is ridiculous, unprofessional, and needs...

"Utterly disgusted by the front desk here. They will Straight up lie to your faces. The air conditioning shuts off in the middle of the night because it's on a sensor, leaving you randomly hot and sweaty, it's also INCREDIBLY loud. Do not recommend."

"Room is always clean. Staff is great. Ac is strong but your by the beach not needed except when temps are up. Parking is good my room has a garage."

I received a text after arriving, at the time the pool restaurant and bar closed for the evening. The next morning there were more closings with no notification. I completely understand hotels having private events, but notification at the time of booking, would indicate that management does care about the inconvenience, that the closings...

"I found what looked like a crumb of food on the toilet seat and paper in the toilet. Other than that, the to room was clean. Decent hot breakfast. Plenty of parking. Amazing nice staff! We had a view of the hill..no frill, but it was no biggie."

"We will definitely stay again. The outdoor fun for the family is amazing. The staff was beyond wonderful. Breakfast was great (wish it started just a little earlier 7:30 was cutting it close when we had to be an hour away by 9 but it still worked out) the front desk lady in the evening was so very helpful and kind and the amenities are fantastic. We were very happy with the size of the room and cleanliness. This is a great stay. We had 7 people from ages 4-33 and every person had a great time...

"Hidden little gem. We had a great room. Room 212 came with an outdoor patio which was perfect for laying out during the day ocean view. And hanging out at night leave the door open for that ocean breeze!! The bed and pillow were cozy. AC blew nice and cold. It was quiet and very peaceful. The hotel staff was wonderful. The Little Dawn attached to the hotel was AMAZING!!!! I highly suggest having dinner there. Food was delish, the even carry Natural wine…. Parking is $28 a day which I felt should...

And I walk out to wash my hands and there’s roaches on the floor by the sink as well.
