"The location was amazing! The hotel had several areas of concerns. The WiFi was awful and the refrigerator made too much noise. Breakfast was ok but too short 9:30 last call for breakfast."

"Close to the ocean though you must navigate lots of stairs or take a mile away ramp to avoid the stairs. Room and bathroom are clean and decent but are becoming very dated and need refreshing (carpet, flooring, paint). Staff are courteous. At 9pm our family were finishing a game of cards in the common room away from guest rooms and were told it was the silent hour now, Saturday night. Yet at 11pm there were loud people (adults and kids) running in the hallways laughing and having a grand time."

"The hotel is well maintained, and the room is clean. Morning and evening staff is friendly too. Nothing to complain. However, the room that I got, 403 (if I am not mistaken) is facing the freeway. There is a window looking at the Hwy 5 too. Man, it is noisy. The wall or window is not thick enough, i guess. Sound/noise bounce off from the hotel courtyard to enter the room from the door too. "Don't stay here! Pool has been shut down for over a month by the city but the property didn't mention it while booking. Shampoo was on back order so no shampoo or conditioner. I was lucky to have 1 bar of soap. "Breakfast on the Go" is an understatement. Only coffee and maybe nutrigrain bars, oatmeal and that's it! No fruit what so ever. The vent in the bathroom rattled very loud and was irritating! Our TV didn't even work for half the trip! The first 3 workers I told didn't do anything about...

"Checked in early (just ask) arcade for kids. Plenty of activities at activity center. Pool jacuzzi and splash pad. Plenty of parking. Restaurants were good. Equipment to borrow for beach/basketball/etc., everyone was friendly and attentive. 10/10"
