"We stayed in an interior view room, the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. However, the old A/C was super noisy and disrupted everyone’s sleep. We asked for staff to look into it but whatever they did (if anything) did not help. Also, the breakfast was bare minimum quality - fresh waffles were good but the rest - bacon, sausage, boiled eggs, cereal left a lot to be desired on quality. There was fresh fruit and yogurt that was good. There are a lot of places to eat close by so not the end...

"Scandia is a great place. The people who run it are fun and nice! I always sleep well on the mattress there and I have a spine issue which is saying a lot. The location offers easy access to the village, neighboring Oceanside and the freeways about 2 miles away. The venue is next to a preparatory school which has a lovely campus with old trees. It is bookended on the North side by the enchanting Buena Vista lagoon. There are walking paths everywhere so if you decide to forego driving to a...

"This hotel didn't have anything as stated in their description. The tub leaked, the bathroom facet was loose, and we had to ask for tools and shampoo. Our feet were black from walking on the floor. To get clean towels we had to give them towels to get clean ones. The pool is under repair and not available."

"Room does not look like photos. Dingy, run down, stains on bed. A/C was warm. I checked out right after I checked in. Hotel and Expedia wouldn't refund. Expedia gave me a $25 credit, yay! Lol. So apparently a hotel can mislead and put you in a filthy room and there's no recourse. I would NEVER book here!"

"Our room smelled like food when we walked in, it looked like they might have been trying to air it out because the windows were open. There was weird hair stuck to the bathroom ceiling. The bedsheets had a bad smell, thankfully we brought our own. It was just an uncomfortable experience, thankfully we were only there for a couple of hours."

"The hot tub was out of service and the pool was not heated. A bit reason for selecting this hotel was for the use of the pool & spa, so this was disappointing. The AC in the bedroom did not work very well and the common areas in the hotel felt like there was no AC as it was very hot and stuffy."

"Really enjoyed my stay with family. The rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful and attentive from the front desk, to the room keeping and breakfast staff. The breakfast was simple but good. We got good parking right outside of our bottom floor room. The only downside was there was no TV signal in one of our rooms and more outlets/ usb plug in ports would be more convenient. Overall great stay and would do it again."
