The shower drain did not work. The bed had spiders and blood stains. There were holes in the walls. The towels were crusty, like it hasn’t been washed. "It's an old place but that doesn't mean it needs to be as old as it really is.. the room we got was probably the oldest one they have with some disgusting carpet. It's a great location and the price was better than anything else. But they really need to spruce up with clean and do some upgrades because I won't go there again."

"This was a quiet place to stay in a very busy area. The room was spacious. The bathroom was a bit tiny but got the job done. Parking was very easy. It did say that fans were available and in the rooms. So no ac. There were 3 fans and the windows.were open. Thankfully it was a cooler night and not hot and humid. We only needed 1 and did see space heaters for when it has cooler weather. Besides being a little outdated this was a fine place to sleep, freshen up and recharge."

"The room was very small for 2 beds. Not enough space to walk around and keep our luggage too. The beds were awful, they were super soft and we sunk in them. We couldn’t sleep well and we had bad backs in mornings. The shower knob was loose, the hot water took lot longer. Shower curtain was torn. It was lot expensive compared to the rooms we got. "We had a fantastic stay at Black Bear Lodge. The lodge is absolutely beautiful, with a stunning wooden interior that gives it a real mountain lodge feel. It was incredibly peaceful and the perfect place to relax and unwind. The location was ideal too, tucked away in a quiet setting but only a short drive from local shops, restaurants and other amenities. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"Traveled with family. We stayed in chalet 1. This included 3 bedrooms, 1 of which has its own bathroom and shower. There is a patio in that room as well. The other 2 rooms were spacious and all beds were comfortable. The downstairs has 2 full bathroom and showers. This was nice as each family had their own space. Additionally, this specific chalet, has 3 designated parking spots which was confirmed with the staff. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. The entire place was nice and clean...

"On the day of check-in they could not find my reservation and the person took my ID to her manager without providing me details. I was waiting for 15 mins without any information. After coming back, she explained that they were not able to find my reservation. It was annoying. The room service is at the minimal even though this is a 4* hotel. They don't even arrange bed sheets. The floor carpet was not clean enough to walk barefoot. Other room surfaces were clean. The hotel staff at concierge...
