"I was on my way to Quebec and made reservations at another hotel in the Thousand Islands that I will not name. Anyway, this “other” hotel was absolutely filthy. It was getting late and I was considering just driving straight through, but was lucky to find the Harbor Hotel. It was super clean, excellent bathrooms, very comfortable beds, great amenities, and a helpful staff. From now on, it’s four stars and up only for me! My advice: stay away from the other three star or below hotels in the Thousand Islands if you can! The Harbor Hotel is worth the extra money!"
"Though the motel has a reputation for boarding people on public assistance and housing homeless people, we had no issues during our stay. There are no other motels in the area where a room for the night is even remotely as low-priced as Adirondack Efficiencies. The room was clean with a fridge and a microwave, and the shower water pressure was adequate. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. There is a swimming pool and areas outside where you can barbeque and gather with others. No complaints, and if in the Watertown area in the future, I'll book this motel again."
"We had trouble to get the internet working. It took the check in person to get the internet working, about 20 mins. We reserved a room with a king and queen beds, but they said they don't have a room like that. So better check with the hotel before making the reservation. They just served coffee for breakfast."
