"Stayed 2 nights in a club room. I was asked to check in on the tablet. It was awful because I struggled to read and understand. Reception not helpful at all. Then checked in a guy weird. Asked for my room to be made up on day 2 because I needed more tea bags and milk. Got back they weren’t replaced ..."

"Went midweek and it was very haphazard, yes there was a schedule of entertainment but no it wasn’t followed. Got pizza delivered in the evening. There was very little choice in the park itself for food and coffee even harder to come by. The room itself was grand - the treasure hunt a highlight."
