Piscina rampa em obra

Fomos em quatro, mas o quarto não tinha divisória, isso foi ruim, o atendimento foi rápido quando pedimos mais cobertores chegava tudo bem rápido, isso foi ótimo. Sentimos muito que a piscina com rampa estava em obra, isso foi bem chato.

Uma experiencia incrível, o hotel é muito bem localizado, não precisamos de carro para nada, tudo muito perto, tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa, o hotel é excelente, as refeições são bem fartas. Fomos para comemorar o aniversario de 2 aninhos do meu filho, eles simplesmente enfeitaram o quarto com balões e bolo, nós ficamos encantados e para meu filho foi magico chegar com o quarto diferente. Durante nossa estadia também foi o arraia do hotel, que evento maravilhoso, extremamente organizado, comidas maravilhosas... Foi muito lindo

Uma experiência não muito boa

Atendimento deixou a desejar, quartos simples e até descuidados na limpeza, houve um surto de virose no hotel, nao houve nenhuma atitude do hotel para orientar hóspedes e nem nenhim cuidado extra por conta do ocorrido. Tambem falta de cirdialidade no atendimento da recepção, a execeaso de um dos fincionario que se mostrou solicito e interessado. Nao foi uma boa experiência

Ótima.

Foram quatro dias maravilhosos que passamos no Hotel CTC, do dia 02/01 ao dia 06/01. A maioria das piscinas aquecidas, mesmo com chuva deu para aproveitar bastante. Café da manhã e almoço muito bom, com muitas variedades. Refrigerantes, sucos e sobremesas incluído na meia pensão que solicitamos, inclusive com sorvetes todos os dias.

Fiquem em outro lugar melhor e mais barato

As piscinas estavam imundas, cheias de lodo e pedaços. Crianças estavam pulando com brincadeiras perigosas e os guardas não faziam nada. Fui muito mal tratado pela camareira que agiu como se estivesse me fazendo um favor. A máquina de refrigerante no almoço estava estragada e não houve reposição a altura. O hotel não está nem perto de valer o valor cobrado.
