Really big bathroom Very hot but it was a hot evening outside The check-in was weird because we were asked to pay £5 for parking which wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the booking process. Considering it’s a motorway services accommodation, there’s really no choice unless we parachuted in. The hotel should have the honesty to include it in the price at booking."

"Pretty functional airport hotel. I’d say Hilton but stripped back. I didn’t have any mineral water left in my room which I would think was pretty standard for this level of hotel. It felt pretty basic. Bed was hard but I don’t really mind that. Staff were very professional. Bar staff engaging and welcoming but overall the hotel felt pretty soulless. "Lovely 2 night stay, great value via Expedia. Was in the area for a concert at Warwick Arts, visits to Kenilworth Castle and Stoneleigh and proved ideal location. Not at all snooty or stuffy like some country hotels. Clean modern bathroom, comfortable bed, good breakfast, pleasant walks from hotel, well equipped gym. Lots of hotels in this area, glad we chose this one."

"An absolute gem situated very close to all the amenities Leamington Spa has to offer. We received a wonderful warm welcome from Hannah and told to treat it as our own home and come and go as we pleased. Martha greeted us on the first morning and cooked us a fabulous breakfast. "Had to click on something to get to this part of the review. Never actually stayed at the hotel, but spoke to a lady called Catherine who was brilliant! We had to cancel due to family commitments, but good old Expedia wouldn’t refund as they said I was too late to do as, but I took out the cancellation cover with them which said I could cancel up to the 3/5, but they thought different. I will never use Expedia again. You need to speak to people not robots!!"

"Dirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website. Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to. Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn...
