"The staff was amazing from the reception to the restaurant staff. Everyone was super kind and friendly. They helped us arrange a boat tour and get a rent car. The rent cat was brought to the hotel for us and the boat tour had transportation from the hotel. The hotel is out of the main city so I was recommend renting a car it made getting around easier. Overall great experience, we would definitely book with them again."

"The room was spacious and new, the bathroom is clean and huge. The view of the caldera is spectacular. So nice to wake up watching the sunrise. The staffs are so great. Very friendly.
