From the moment we booked, Matthew, the property manager, went above and beyond to make sure our trip was seamless. Before we even arrived, he personally coordinated transportation from the airport straight to the villa, which set the tone for the excellent hospitality we received all week.

"Super great view, warm welcome and did go far and beyond in helping us out. The whole hotel is in great shape, well taken care of. Breakfast on the balcony is lovely too. Compared to other stays on Santorini this one is really worth the money!"

It was amazing to see the beautiful sunset from our own balcony too! We loved the private and intimate atmosphere of this hotel.

In mind office closed at night. Several people were accidentally locked out of their rooms with no way back in. Makella provides her cell number, make sure and same it incase this happens to you. Over all, highly recommend this property "
"The views from our room were stunning! Reclining on the sunbed while taking in views of the water was so relaxing. The staff was so cordial and even packed us a to-go box when they knew we had to check out early in the morning. Can’t wait to come back!! "

"Our stay was a 2 bedroom apartment with kitchenette. It was really nice with view of the caldera. It wasn’t too close but view was still beautiful. The apartment contact person was very helpful and assisted us a couple of times in getting Uber for us. "
"The staff were brilliant, so lovely and polite, the hotel is small but has the most beautiful views. For us it was convenient and affordable and we will probably stay there again in the future. There isn’t a lot to do in the hotel or the surrounding area but we got cabs to city centres. "
"Wonderful few days at Thermes. The rooms could do with a little TLC as looking a little dated, but the views by the pool are stunning. Proximity to Megalochori is a bonus, just 10min walk and the hotel 1min away has a fabulous restaurant with an incredible sunset view."
