The facility is absolutely gorgeous. The room we selected ( with outdoor pool and patio area) looked exactly like the online pictures. The room was spacious, bed was comfy and the room smelled really good. I would recommend this property...

"Our stay was a 2 bedroom apartment with kitchenette. It was really nice with view of the caldera. It wasn’t too close but view was still beautiful. The apartment contact person was very helpful and assisted us a couple of times in getting Uber for us. "

"Beautiful clean rooms, staffs were lovely and helpful too. Just expect no food or restaurant inside the hotel for evening dinner, neither room service. Breakfast that is included is same food every day. Overall beautiful hotel and comfortable hotel."
