Promised me a 1st floor room over the phone but when I arrived 2nd floor only available. I'm 82 and lugging a suitcase up a flight of stairs isn't easy. I wouldn't stay there again if it was free."

"Parking was safe and easy. The room was clean. Most importantly, it was warm--even with the heat down to 62F I was very comfortable. Floors were warm, too. The Wi-Fi was strange for my iPhone: I had to first turn on cellular, then connect to Wi-Fi, then I could disconnect cellular. The front desk tried sincerely to help but I had to figure it out. And yet, on my computer, Wi-Fi just worked."

"Hotel is run down, carpet unclean, smells like vape everywhere you go. Staff was nice but slow, breakfast horrible, rotten fruit. Worst was the room heat did not work and we about froze."
