"This hotel seems to be a hub for and catering to German travellers. We arrived on a weekend and the hotel felt like it was overbooked! The restaurant is understaffed, and the wait staff there need better customer service training. Being busy and telling your customers politely to wait works … ignoring them for 20 minutes and not looking at them is extremely rude!
