Rooms was clean , staff was friendly and as we would be there for breakfast gave us voucher for drinks at the attached Italian restaurant, which was also delicious

Hyatt Place Calgary Airport
The room overall is quite clean, staffs are overall polite. However pillows are very non supportive and uncomfortable, could hardly sleep on it, it totally not support neck, that is why I cannot give 5 stars
