"The apartment was lovely - spacious and clean. Location is excellent - close to metro, restaurants and great neighborhoods. Great place to stay with kids (in terms of space, location, walkability and safety). The staff were very welcoming and attentive. I’ll look to stay here again when coming back to Lisbon."

Our unit was on the second floor and there was an overwhelming smell of chemicals or paint in the hallway that was also present in our room. "Could not even figure out how to check in there’s no front desk and when we called repeatedly, nobody answered the phone. Had to book a whole new hotel."

"Great location yet quiet as it is well back from the street i side a courtyard. Very nice cottages with kitchenette, loft, dining table and sitting area. The shared patio also has tables for sitting outside. As with much of Alfama be prepared for stairs to get up to the cottages."

"Hard to access except by taxi. Theres like 150 stairs leading to property then 20 in property and no ac to cool off after. Washroom is size of a tile. Hit my head and back while showering that how small it is not to mention switching between hot cold water because you keep hit the tap."
