Los cuartos son muy pequeños apenas para estadías cortas pero el desayuno que ofrecen con el precio es excelente además para las personas que les gusta salir de baile a la hermosa ciudad de Cali todo está perfectamente comunicado con el hotel, y los monumentos y partes turísticos de esta hermosa ciudad el hotel muy limpio y la administración es un amor todos

Mejor busquen otra opción para hospedarse

Atención deficiente, tardaron 1 hora en encontrar el control del aire acondicionado. Ubicado en una zona ruidosa, un bar cercano cierra 3 am. Nos dieron toallas que todavía estaban húmedas, parte de la ropa de cama también se sentía húmeda. Tomas eléctricos alejados de las camas. No hay agua caliente, estacionamiento ni ascensor, no estaba funcionando el Wifi. Llegamos a la medianoche y logramos dormir hasta después de las 2 am. Preferí buscar otro hotel más amigable con el descanso y la comodidad. Ahora a tratar de recuperar el dinero de las otras noches reservadas.
