"The hotel is located in a beautiful and quiet area of the city with a great view of the Cali River.
The rooms with city views are spacious and comfortable.
The breakfast buffet is very good.
The staff were attentive, friendly, and had a wonderful service attitude.
I would like to especially thank Mrs. Doris Quiroga and Mr. Henry Crespo for helping us with something we mentioned at the beginning of our stay. They resolved it immediately, and their attitude made us know we were in the right place.

"We had a great stay during our trip to Cali. The location is excellent. Nice places within walking distance and road accessibleto everywhere, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. There’s a great spot just down the street with an amazing vibe.
The staff was friendly, attentive, and very diligent. The hotel was clean, and the facilities were well maintained and in great condition.
We would definitely stay here again!"
