"Overall, a very good hotel/resort. The challenge is that it's layout is over a very large property. Finding your way around is a mystery and walking to your room, with the luggage, from the reception is very difficult ... but they arranged for a van to take us. Using Uber at night, the driver couldn't find our villa."

"I had a great stay here! The accommodation was lovely, and the location was perfect. It’s conveniently located close to the Old Town, and if you want to explore the New Town, it’s around a 15-minute walk or just a 5-minute taxi ride away. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was even given a complimentary upgrade at check-in, which was such a lovely surprise! "This is not a 4 star hotel. Looks very smart from the outside and the pool and athletics track are decent. The room I was staying in , however , was from the 70s and in desperate need of updating.....smell was not fresh and very disappointing."

"My friend and I have just got home from 6 nights at Alfagar Cerro Malpique, and we couldn’t be more happy with everything! The staff were lovely - especially Ibrahim, who did everything to make sure our stay was 10/10. He was very accommodating, making sure we were having a great time. The room was super and so spacious, the location was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will 100% be back again. Thank you!!!"

This was not walkable for me so I was not able to enjoy the things that were there. The condo we got was spacious. Beds very hard so uncomfortable/difficult to sleep. Not nice bedding/blankets provided had a smell and scratchy/rough. Was going to use them to lie on top of to try to soften the bed but...

"No cummunication at all. Had to wait for another renter to enter property. Never received wi-fi code or and response from 3 emails."
