"While check in time is 3pm, after traveling since 4am, I went to check in at 230pm. Staff was not friendly, and would not let me check in 30 minutes early. Very disappointed in the level of customer service. Room was clean, took me a while to figure out the tv. Bathroom and shower were clean. Hot water was hot, and was quick to heat up. For the value, compared to other overly priced hotels in the city, I would stay tjere again to just lay my head down, and shower."

"The air conditioner worked and was quiet, plenty of parking, staff was friendly and attentive. The rooms have a nice view of the lake. The rooms are not fancy, but very comfortable and quiet. Call the manager before you arrive to make sure the manager will be in the office when you arrive."

"Place was good, very clean and very polite staff, a little overpriced for what BW chain usually changes but there's not many options in that area. Free parking and breakfast is a plus."

"Lovely place to have a short stay. If we had known in advanced how much we would have enjoyed it we would have stayed longer. We had a plum room overlooking the river and mountains with a balcony to boot, and the swimming pool, though unheated was pleasurable to use and also had magnificent views."

"Staff is awesome, very helpful. I did a late check in and they were able to help me with that. The milk for the coffee inside the room was old, so I could not enjoy a nice coffee at the room. The breakfast in the morning starts at 8am, I think is a little bit late for people that are used to eat o wake up early. There were spiders all around the shower."

"Old school route 66 style motel friendly staff quiet clean and comfortable close to some shopping and a few eating spots easy drive to other places around the lake easy parking ac works good. Will definitely be back next time im in town. "
