"The hotel is well located. The restroom had a weird carpet in the bathtub and it felt weird stepping on it."

"My daughter and I stayed here to attend a concert, and it was excellent! Check in was very easy and quick and the man checking us in was so sweet and kind. The inn is close to everything (lots of restaurants close by, and a couple of blocks away from the stunning City Hall) and in a charming area. We took a Lyft to The Castro for the concert, and it was less than 10 minutes. Property was very well kept with easy parking. I was especially pleasantly surpised by our room which was really lovely and very very clean. My only two minor complaints were that there wasn't a hair dryer in the room, and we were clear up on the 4th floor, not to mention the check-in area is always locked and someone needs to be at the desk to let you in so it seemed like a hassle to go down just for that. Also the mirror in the bathroom had great lighting but I'm 5'4" and it was placed so high that I just barely could see my face. Overall, it was a great place to stay and will probably be my go-to place now. I'll just pack a hair dryer and maybe a stool lol. "
