Staff was amazing, decor was immaculate! The king suite with the jacuzzi tub was the best. Everything was clean and tidy, and we can’t wait to go back!
The decor was authentically Victorian and charming. Lounging area on first floor was huge and comfortable consisting of multiple rooms and fireplaces and comfy seating. It was extra festive during the holidays with lovely decorations including an operating train set and village. Very unique hotel
Great location walking distance to Japantown and The Fillmore. Adorable Victorian charm. Parking is right across the street in an open lot. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Friendly helpful staff. Coffee available 24/7. Continental Breakfast included. Great value for the location. We would definitely stay here again.
There are only a few restaurants nearby, but the Octavia restaurant on the corner of Octavia and Sutter is outstanding. Additionally, the hotel is very nice with a very helpful staff .
Relaxing stay in a comfortable room. The sitting areas and alcoves in the shared spaces were lovely. Walking distance to restaurants and entertainment.
We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel.
First of all, the location is excellent. It is very close to the main attractions and also conveniently located near a bus stop, which made getting around extremely easy.
Secondly, the room was very clean and well maintained. The bedding and towels were quite new, which made our stay comfortable and pleasant.
Most importantly, the service was outstanding. All the staff members genuinely tried their best to make guests feel welcome and satisfied. Special thanks to Diana, who was incredibly helpful. She gave us clear information on where to buy bus tickets, showed us the location of the post office, and even helped us print some documents. Her kindness and professionalism really made a difference.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.
Great location, just a short walk away from Japan town with plenty of shops and restaurants. The hotel was beautiful, quiet and inviting. They offer breakfast in the morning and tea and Sherry in the afternoon which was lovely. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly.
The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The lobby was quite beautiful. The hotel was very conveniently located just a couple blocks from the hospital.
SO COZY! It was all decorated for Christmas and was beautiful. We didn't see any ghosts but still had a great stay with all the ambience. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was good. It was close to the F line. Parking was in a lot across the street and said it was under surveillance. We had a great time!
