poor attitudes of most staff throughout....constantly ran out of many food items to include utensils.....food area was cluttered & looked messy. Had to seek out the manager to get a fork.....the garbage man finally got one for me while covering the forked portion with his dirty gloves.
Staff had no regard for the comfort of the guests as they were more concerned with closing early, stacking tables & cleaning floors....they couldn't wait for us to leave 3 minutes after closing....coffee & some food items removed 15 minutes before closing
Awoke by barking dog all 3 nights of our stay....even went down to desk ....they said they would talk to resident....Don't think that happened.
The general attitude of most staff was they were too busy to get the job done to satisfy the customer.
People this is not the Hyatt tradition for which we are accustomed
