"Waited for front desk clerk and would have waited more until my husband went behind the breakfast line and called for someone to check us in. Plus $16 for parking!?!?!"

"Stayed in King bed room, Bed not comfy, felt llike I was sleeping on plywood, Please update mattress to super soft one. Room out of date and whole thing needs to be remodeled. Breakfast was a joke, Pictures show Waffle Maker- No Waffle Maker, just fake eggs and and pre-heated sausages, tastless potatoes and toast. Please update all pictures to show what the property is really like. It was like staying at a Motel 6. I would not stay here again. Bad location as well, a lot of sketchy people hanging aroung, the cops came and had to disperse people Monday night who were hanging around the property. The staff was good, but everything else not good. Do not stay here look for another location. "

"This was a very fun place to stay. First thing you have to remember is you are on a very old boat. The floors are uneven and there are lots of stairs. The room was great. Comfortable bed, a/c worked nicely, tv, wi-fi. Bathroom was small and old fashioned but had nice toiletries. The dining room was gorgeous and the food was very good This ship has been beautifully restored. The wood throughout is beautiful. There are photos everywhere with history of the boat. Will definitely be back!!"

"The hotel was clean, modern and comfortable inside. From the inside it seemed like a really nice hotel. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was a little disappointing. The neighborhood is pretty bad. We were planning to walk to some of the places nearby, but we ran into a lot of homeless people on our walk. There's a mcdonald's with a late night drive through right next to the hotel, and there was a lot of noise due to the customers and hobos hanging out there. Overall I give this hotel a good score, because it was really nice (apart from the neighborhood) and the concierge earns the hotel an extra star all by herself. Just don't plan to stroll around outside. "

"From check in and through the middle of the stay there were shenanigans. The extra $10 charge for another car park. The television wasn't working then the remote wasn't work the staff wasn't friendly "

"Stayed for a quick overnight. The door to my room would not even shut and lock all the way, unless you had the top bar lock on anyone could push right in. The tv did not work and the shower did not have body wash/a bar of soap."

"You really can’t beat the price when it comes to how close this is to downtown and the Golden 1 Center. However, be aware that cleanliness is not a priority here. I would not stay longer than one night. A place to just get ready and refresh but definitely not to just chill. "

"The room was spotless & staff delightful. Very Attentive. Shower unfortunately leaks all over the bathroom floor and bed too soft & lumpy (old mattress). Other than those couple of flaws we were delighted with our stay."
