"I paid for a two night stay. Hot tub room. Got to the room set everything out for my stay. Went to the pool spent a few hrs there. Got back to the room about 5ish. Set up dinner well the hot tub was gonna fill up, but the hot tub water pressure was extremely low. Barely coming out. I called the front lobby. The worker was rude. He said he'd send a maintenance worker to the room. Meanwhile were waiting to get this resolved to get into the hot tub. Half hr pass and nothing. I call again and he was rude and told us someone will be there and he hung up. 20 min later someone arrived. Hot tub wasnt working. Called the front and he said so you have a option to move rooms. Very dissapointing cause we were all un packed. He was rude about it. No I'm sorry or anything. We had to pack everything up and move rooms. The maintenence guy being nice brought us a cart to roll some of our stuff. Get into the other room. We put the tv on and its not working. Call the front and he was rude saying he was busy with check ins he'll send someone when he can. We happen to see the maintenence guy and asked him ourselves if he can take a look at it. He did and it to him about 10 to fix it. We went to the front for ice. The manger that was supposed to send someone. Told us someone will be there soon. We told him we already asked the maintenence guy on our. He just shrugged his shoulders. Didn't even send anyone that entire time. We had to do his job. "

"nothing captivating to share. i was a bit bothered that when checking in, i asked the gentleman if i can have a late check out (noon) and he said yes, i will put it down on here for you. then as i am getting ready to leave the room prior to checking out, the front desk lady calls stating "it is 1140 and check out was at 11. do you plan on extending your stay?) i said no, i spoke with the gentleman last night and he said noon was okay. "

"When we checked in, our room was ADA accessible and the bed was extremely low. My husband is 6 feet tall so it just wasn’t going to work. The associate we discussed it with said it was Expedia that booked an ADA room for us. He gave a long explanation as to why it wasn’t the hotel’s fault and was hesitant to switch our room. We eventually were able to arrange a room change, but the exchange left a bad taste in my mouth. In our new room, housekeeping forgot some of the bedding so my husband woke up several times because he felt the coils in the mattress and was generally uncomfortable. The room was spacious and looked updated. The room and bathroom had motion sensor lights with no way of disabling them. This could be a positive for some, but I found it frustrating. Waking up in the night to use the restroom caused the lights to turn on, which impacted our rest. The room was clean, but there was evidence of water damage throughout the room and bathroom. Additionally, I went out for a small walk and I slipped in the lobby. Thankfully, I caught myself, but I almost landed hard. I noticed afterwards that there was water leaking from the ceiling. It was a mess and VERY dangerous. I think the hotel may be in need of maintenance. We discussed our concerns with customer service and they were very validating and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. It is far and away the best we have ever had at a hotel. The dining area was massive, which allowed ample room for all"
