"Clean room. Property well maintained."

"Do NOT stay here. Disgusting property. Bed, floors sink all dirty. Room REEKED of weed mixed with something I don't want to think about. Just nasty. Front desk claimed no other rooms available to switch to we inspected the bed for bed bugs, pulled off the nasty stained comforter and used a blanket from the car and tried to go to sleep and not think about it. Bed was VERY hard. So between the smell and the bed we barely slept at all. Should have left but it was late and had no choice. The super sketchy people all over the property, including many just hanging out in the parking lot, and a few riding buy real slow in all black on bikes looking through all the car windows was the icing on the ghetto cake. Seriously don't be like us and ignore all the recent bad reviews. They are right! This place sucks!"

"I asked for a receipt by e-mail and did not receive it. This is a big deal because I can’t get reimbursed without a receipt. The stay itself was fine, and I appreciate being able to charge my car overnight. A free car charge does not make up for the room cost. I cannot expense without a receipt."

"The property was convenient but the room had a musty odor and needed updating. The idea of staying on a manmade lake with amenities was appealing however everything closed early. If you made plans for the day and wanted to paddle around the lake after dinner, there was no opportunity. The staff was friendly however they were not forthcoming with information unless you asked a lot of questions. "

"Breakfast was decent. Rooms were clean, the air conditioner was frustrating me but it was manageable. And the staff are very helpful, overall good stay. "
