"Room was clean Breakfast was not replenished based on guests’ requests, coffee was always empty Very disappointing guest treatment "

"No one cleaned room. There was a dripping sound coming from the bathroom ceiling a good part of stay. Needed to close bathroom door not to hear it. Reported it to staff. No safe in room. 5 hangers in closet. Had to request more. Shower floor slippery. Breakfast was very nice. "

"Accidently booked wrong date online. Contacted property, and expedia within minutes of booking and after 4 days of messing around was told nothing they can do. Had to pay for hotel stay for incorrect dates. I rebooked correct dates directly and figured when I checked in maybe talking to the manager would help. Nope.
