"The pool is not what it looks like at all. The gym is very tiny and not clean. The rooms look like they didn't sweat good. There was something in our garage before we put anything in it."

"After checking in, we were assigned to a room that has a dirty bathroom with left over stuff from the previous guests. We were moved to another room with no towels, I still have to go down again to the reception area and asked for towels. And the toilet flush handle was broken, so inconvenient!"

"We stayed 5 days/4 nights and never had our room cleaned during our stay. We had to ask the front desk twice and call housekeeping just to get a few clean towels. Despite varying our breakfast time between 7:30-9:00, the breakfast options were slim; most things were gone and not replaced and the pancake machine was out of service all but one of the days."
