"Staff are friendly and good at what they do. Showers are superb. Bar area is nice. Pool is fantastic. Pleased to see more security on the baggage storage area. Rooms are a bit tired. Check in is still very slow, I don’t know why it takes so long. Third time we have stayed here so it is doing a lot of things very well. There is one thing that needs putting right and that is an early check in charge. I stay in hotels most weeks and have never been charged for checking in early anywhere."

"Unfortunately we were not aware that very little was open , no service by the pool no bar or restaurant open at the pool. Breakfast was good however every other meals was so disappointing.Raw meat and inedible . Pool staff very lazy not cleaning up,leaving dirty towels around and just looking bored sitting around."

The rooms were lovely, the pool was great, and the breakfast/brunch included in the price from 8:30am until 1:30pm was a huge bonus. WiFi was included and there was free parking if spaces were available. "Die Lobby wirkt auf den ersten Blick einladend, aber das war’s dann leider auch schon. Die Zimmer lassen in Sachen Sauberkeit deutlich zu wünschen übrig und wirken insgesamt eher lieblos. Auch die Schalldämmung ist schlecht, man hört fast alles aus den Nachbarzimmern. Das Essen erinnert eher an einen Imbissstand – das Frittierte gelingt zwar, aber alles, was frisch gekocht ist, schmeckt einfach nicht gut. Kartoffeln zu hart, fade Soßen, und insgesamt wirkt das Buffet ziemlich lieblos...

"The hotel is lovely clean and modern. The room was basic but was a good size and had a nice balcony. We had a small kitchen and fridge which was useful. We had come to relax and were a little apprehensive we had booked a party hotel given the proximity to Magaluf , but had no issues. There was some noise from neighbours on balconies in the evenings, but nothing after midnight which was fine by us. We had a great stay and the area was perfect. They explained very clearly everthing we needed to know about the hotel. By the recepetion desk were we checked in was a small shop which was good for buying snacks and water. "Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die tolle Aussicht – wirklich ein Highlight der Unterkunft! Auch der Check-in verlief völlig unkompliziert und die Anbindung war sehr gut, sodass man alles bequem erreichen konnte. Das Personal war ebenfalls sehr freundlich. "Pool area was nice. Gym looked good (I didn’t use it). Furnishings in room were cheap and getting a bit worn. Staff generally helpful and driendly, particularly in the pool bar area. Lots of students staying which made it noisy late at night. Probably the price paid matched the quality. We only needed to stay 4 nights so stay overall was satisfactory"
