"A bit of a strange experience when spending £250 for the night. No staff to great you and explain how everything works and nothing in the room either not even a bottle of water. Just a text message with door code and key left in an envelope. The street and those surrounding were very quiet. For a woman travelling alone I didn’t want to venture further a field to find somewhere to eat so had to make do with a snack bar in my bag and water from the bathroom tap. "This was our 3rd time at this hotel.The entertainment team were excellent for the children always trying to include them in all activities. I found the bar staff and restaurant staff quite surly.whilst this is good value for a 3star hotel it would benefit from a much better air conditioning system and better sunbeds around the pool as most had been repaired or were broken.also the food was more than adequate for adults in our family (4) but not much choice for the children (3)."
