"Very basic, but it got the job done for a quick overnight at the train station. The decor is a sort of faux Battlestar Gallactica, but nice to have some flair. Rooms small but well appointed. BUT -- a few caveats that will keep me from returning: - No coffee in room or out. Really? It's a small an inexpensive courtesy to have a carafe in the lobby in the morning. (Moreover: 20 Euros per person for an apparently-mediocre breakfast is absurd. Just get an excellent cornetto and espresso next door.) - Sewage smell from the bathroom drains, even on the third floor. (It's clear the bathrooms are clean, and we had no trouble with drainage. Some sort of structural plumbing issue seems to blame.) We slept with the bathroom door closed and towels over the drain to minimize the smell, but even then... yikes. - hardest, slimmest pillow ever, and no extras. All four of us woke up with stiff necks. - AC works, but barely. It was 70F outside during the day and still hot overnight even with AC+fan on high. Just... stuffy. The drains didn't help."

"This hotel was in a good location, not far from the city and had great local bars and cafes. It’s also fairly close to both Centrale Station and Linate airport. The staff were really friendly and had a great breakfast. It was good value and would definitely stay there again. "

"Very pleased with our stay in this hotel. Central location but also close to Milan train station. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby. Staff were very helpful in ideas for restaurants. Continental breakfast was available but was quite basic. Hotel was very clean & rooms were very quiet. We slept very well. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again"

"Scariest experience ever, avoid!! This hotel is a labyrinth, with a residential area only separated by an automatic door. The door open to you, you cross the door and there’s no way to return to the hotel, unless a resident open the gate on the first floor. This is specially scary if you have kids. It happened to me and this issue made me miss my slot to see the Last Supper (the only reason that I was in Milan). I was lucky that a resident was near their window and he was gentle enough to open the gate. The hotel staff was super rude and they said that “I was not supposed to be on that side”.. Well, I was looking for and exit and that door opened automatically, if I wasn’t supposed to be there, the door should have been locked!! Trafficking vibes all over, scary and traumatic.. avoid!"

"Property was ok for one night stay. Recommend getting Metro into Milan for better food options. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Bar man was efficient and friendly. Do not like other bar staff member vaping just out of sight of customers. Really bad impression."

"Room is very small and it's just enough for 2 pax plus luggage. Bathroom design is very poor due to the glass door used on the bathtub. Shower head condition is very bad as well. Choice of Deco and interior design could be better as the entire building and room walls are all black."
