"Unfortunately we arrived at the hotel after a long trip from Canada , only to be told there were no rooms for us. We had booked 2 rooms several months ago. We were told by the front staff that a terrible thing happened to the rooms and they couldn’t allow us to use them. They had made other arrangements to have us stay at another hotel. My husband and I put alot of time into finding the right place for us. The place they put us in was a much older hotel and not what we would have booked."

"Es gab jeden Abend Live Unterhaltung an der Terrace Bar. Damit habe ich nicht gerechnet und ich war positiv überrascht. Neben leckeren Snacks kann gibt es auch jeden Abend einen Drink des Tages. Kann ich von Anfang an Empfehlen dort hin zu gehen."

"Die Unterkunft war nicht so leicht zu erreichen, dafür aber direkt an der Autobahn gelegen. Die landenden und startenden Flugzeuge hört man deutlich auch in der Nacht. Eine Übergabe hat es nicht gegeben. Die Ausstattung war sehr spartanisch zusammengesucht. Die drei Pfannen sollten direkt entsorgt werden. Wahrend des Aufenthaltes gab es keine Reinigung und es gab auch keine Möglichkeit dies selber zu erledigen. Kein Besen, Staubsauer o.ä. War verfügbar. Frühstück war inklusive. Bedeutete am...

"The hotel is in a good location, but the rooms are noisy at night. By 2:00 a.m., street noise and traffic can be heard . There is no on-site parking, so guests must use street parking and renew it by 8:00 a.m. ( free from 8 pm to 8am). Some rooms are below ground level (labelled Level 1, when in reality is -1). On a positive note, the reception staff is efficient and responsive. We were not initially given the room type we had booked, but the issue was resolved and we were moved to the correct...
