"Dirty room, hair on the pillows, shower and bathroom window extremely moldy, the head board for the bed was missing, when opening the door to room with key sounds like being buzzed into a jail cell. Location close to airport. Wouldn’t stay for vacation but for an early 5 am flight sure for the price. But dirty dirty."

"This hotel was a perfect choice as we arrived by train, it was close to the station so very convenient, and it was a short ride to the hotel. We stayed 3 nights. It was perfect for our meeting spot for the tours we booked. The room was super nice and very comfortable. The restaurant inside and out was perfect and food was very good. The breakfast was great each morning and the staff very friendly."

"The location was a short walk to the Pompei ruins. The breakfast provided assorted breads, biscuits and baked goods with coffee, tea and juice included. The annex was a short walk away from the main hotel. The parking provided was just in an abandoned field."

"We just got done 5 nights at Hotel Mary. First the property cleanliness and view from our Oceanview room were spectacular. The staff all were helpful and try to go above & beyond to give an outstanding experience- it was very appreciated. The morning breakfast buffet every day is nice and has a good variety. "Rooms are cleaned and attended to, however, due to poor ventilation there is evidence of black mold in the washroom. Outdoor patio area, not tidy or appealing, glassware left from other guests, several bulbs burnt out on the patio, not attended to as to make it an area a guest would want to visit or hang out at. Front staff, not very knowledgeable of attractions or events to guide a tourist. Breakfast was well stocked and varied. Natural on this place as it does only what is needed...minimum...

"Walter at check in was extremely helpful with orienting us to the hotel, parking, and restaurant options. Our room was well maintained and comfortable, the grounds were impeccably maintained and the restaurant had excellent food. Be aware that the parking lot is a bit removed from the hotel front door. There is a golf cart type vehicle used to transport people and luggage to and from the parking lot. One fault - the address to this location is not as it appears on the instructions as Via...

"Staff very good and clean hotel. Refreshments are the biggest issue. Outside of restaurant times nowhere to get drinks/food without going to neighbour hotel. Disappointing not to at least have a kettle in room."

"The Belair is one of he most gorgeous hotels we have stayed at. Our room had an amazing view of the Sorrento coast, the breakfast was fantastic and the service all around was indeed 5 stars. The location was just a short walk out of town, but I would recommend this location for your stay as it gives you the views as you sit higher above the coast."
