"The only nice part was the lobby and the gentleman at the Front desk. Difficult to find the only elevator and my room. The hallways are extremely long and dark.
Huge trash bags in the halls from cleaning staff, the duvet covers looked as if they'd been left in the dryer for weeks (very wrinkled). Felt very unsafe there!!!
They charge 12.00 per day to park, this hotel is located in a shopping center with plenty of parking and empty shops, so I'm not sure why they charge to park. Not to mention...

"The staff was very kind, and helpful when needed. They even allowed us to stay in the hot tub and pool after hours because of a power outage that the city had, it was to no fault of the property. The breakfast was excellent each morning and the rooms were clean and had lots of room to walk around."

"We paid for a non smoking room and when we got up to our room it smelled horrible!! It smelled like someone just smoked in it. We were not happy as we had 2 small kids with us and did not want them breathing that in. We called the front desk and they didn’t have anything really to accommodate us. We decided to leave instead and thankfully were fully refunded."
