"I was very pleasantly surprised by how good this hotel was. I was greeted by courteous knowledgeable staff to check me in very quickly. I expected to be alone, and my son accompanied me and within minutes, I had a roll out bad delivered to my room, the amenities were thoroughly explained. The gym was very well stocked, and the breakfast was very good. There was fresh coffee 24/7 along with complementary cookies later on the room was impeccable. "This is a modest hotel. All the necessities, no luxuries but clean, welcoming and accommodating staff. We arrived with a family group of 20 from ages 5 to 75. Staff allowed us to use the breakfast room in the evening for a family meal, which we brought in. (There is no conference room). This was a perfect place for our family. Highly recommended."

"The room was below standard; the carpet smelled noticeably bad and the washroom has no exhaust system, which is a major ventilation oversight. Furthermore, the breakfast offerings were bare-bones and underwhelming."
