"Don’t expect help from staff. While carrying two bags pushing a third suitcase and helping my disabled wife, past the desk with three employees standing around staring at their phones, not a single offer to get even a baggage cart, much less offer assistance. Stay elsewhere."

"DO NOT stay at this hotel. The staff are alternately rude to your face, or cooperative to your face and dismissive of all concerns. I was double-charged. I had a legitimate reservation made on Expedia that the clerk never identified at check-in. I was charged for another reservation that I never made, and then charged again as a no-show on my proper Expedia reservation. Despite providing evidence that I had only made one reservation (on Expedia), the hotel still refuses to refund the double charge overcharge almost two weeks since checkout. Worst experience ever in 30 years of traveling for business and vacations. STAY AWAY from this hotel at all costs. Read other reviews online where people similarly comment on erroneous financial charges and rude staff. They are correct."

"There was no room service available. Their Bistro was only open for couple of hours. We booked a suite, were given an accessibility room with no wardrobe or mirrors. Had booked the room for an important family function, terribly disappointed with our stay."

"The room and hotel itself was beautiful but the lack of regulation was frustrating. My stay was 4 days total with a break of one day in between. I had exams so I was unable to use the amenities in the hotel. By the time I came on Thursday the hotel was packed with children. These kids were jumping in the pool splashing everyone on deck not having a care in the world which prevented others from enjoying the pool. When complaining to the reception she essentially told me that the hotel staff have asked them to stop splashing but they wouldn’t so there was nothing that could be done. If the signs that include the rules of the pool state no splashing there should be repercussions for not following them including asking them to leave the pool if they can’t stop. For the price I paid for those 4 days I will now be going to TRU by Hilton which is half the price and down the street plus the price includes breakfast"
