"This little hotel was about a mile away from my friend’s apartment so it was perfect for me. Nice little breakfast for about $6 US and very friendly and helpful staff. It’s proximity to Congonhas airport meant that getting an Uber was never an issue."

"Too complicated since check in. Impossible to communicate with the company. A complete waste of my time. 3 hours trying to check in unsuccessfully. Expedia also useless. No support even after a week. Still no decision made after a week. Front desk had no idea who I was even with confirmation number at check in. I’m still trying to get my money back. The property sends you a form to be filled up before check in but the link does not work. No support to help you with the form. Stay somewhere...
