The elevator wasn't working properly when we were there, but there aren't too many stairs so it wasn't an issue for us. I was worried at first because there aren't any reviews here but don't let that fool you! I would highly recommend to stay here, we absolutely loved it and the cleanliness of the place! "

"We stayed in the family suite which was spacious and clean. We had a rooftop view of the Duomo and our own hot tub and terrace. Breakfast was fabulous and hearty, exactly what we needed for sightseeing all day. I highly recommend staying at Hotel Orcagna and would stay there again! "
