"It's little far from the central but it's ok. But the room use by password, there is no key lock so i couldnt sleep, feeling unsafe. The room quite small and the mirror in front of my bed. There was no water in the room and I can hear the sound like gun shot outside, around seems so quite. The price much more higher than other place but service is not really good. Anyway the decoration of the hotel is nice. Good price i can find compare with central at the moment."

"Palazzo Vecchio is an excellent hotel for many reasons. Friendly and helpful front desk staff, clean and comfortable rooms including bed, shower pressure is consistent and hot, impressive hot breakfast with made-to-order cappuccino, latte from baristas, very close to train station (2-3 min walk), and within walking distance to most major Florence landmarks and attractions. Only downside is the walls are thin so you can hear hotel guests next door when they sneeze or talk - this did not...

"My mom & I loved our stay here. Mom has mobility issues so the elevator came in handy. It was also a close enough walk to the duomo for an easy walk for us both.
