"Lots of larger tour groups with large buses stay at this facility while in town to visit Assisi, so the hotel caters to them in the buffet area downstairs all the other guests of the hotel must sit at unassigned tables in the breakfast buffet area. The buffet has lots of choices and plentiful. The room was good, clean and functioning appropriately. The grounds were nice and green with a nice setting on a hillside overlooking the valley. It was a little hard to communicate with the front desk staff because they didn't know a lot of English, but we survived. Parking garage located on the lower level was not full and convenient. I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area for a couple of days."

"Very IMPORTANT, you CANT park inside the old city. If you are driving you can only enter to unload luggage then you have to park outside the old town. The walk is 10 to 15 min only. The hotel is in the middle of everything. The views are just breathtaking. Ask for room 34, is the best one."

"The location cannot be better, 3 minutes from St. Francis basilica. The hotel is very clean, we stayed 3 nights and had service every day. The staff is extremely helpful and polite. Special thanks to Wilma, who became instantly our friend 🙂 she speaks English fluently and gave us some good hints and help us with arranging taxi to Perugia."

"Centrally located in Assisi. Easy to go to all churches in town. Many places to eat within walking distance. The hotel is very clean and the room is very spacious. AC works well. Would stay here again."
