A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, o lugar é lindo e a piscina coberta é um baita diferencial. A academia também era razoavelmente completa e me pareceu ter bastante atividades para quem tem filhos. O café da manhã era ótimo, assim como todas as refeições que nós fizemos no hotel (tanto o Cave quanto o outro restaurante). O atendimento em ambos os locais foram ótimos, no café da manhã os garçons também eram super prestativos. Agora vamos para a parte "ruim", a hotelaria!!!  O atendimento foi péssimo em nossa opinião, logo na primeira noite pedimos água potável quente para darmos mamadeira para a nossa filha de seis meses e a agua demorou horrores para chegar. Quando ligamos na recepção a atendente teve uma "ótima" ideia, pediu para utilizarmos a água da cafeteira na mamadeira. Ou seja, uma água cheia de cafeína e suja para um bebe de 6 meses. Mais alguns pontos negativos: 1 hora e 10 minutos para entregarem um espumante no quarto; solicitamos taça e um balde de gelo um dia e estamos esperando até agora; acústica do quarto é HORRÍVEL!! você escuta tudo do andar de cima (até o exaustor do banheiro) e o que vem de fora da varanda também; chuveiro da banheira era uma piada, caia pouca agua e quando colocava pro mais quente vazava tudo por cima do chuveiro e pra todos os lados. O hotel é bom, mas não condiz nem um pouco com o preço cobrado. Esperava bem mais.

Tivemos problemas na limpeza do apartamento. Saímos para compromissos em Campos do Jordão as 09:30 horas, onde conversei com a equipe de limpeza que estava no corredor. Por conta da atenção e educação da Equipe de Limpeza, solicitei e informei que já poderiam efetuar a limpeza do apartamento, deixando uma "caixinha". Para minha surpresa quando do retorno as 16:00 horas, ainda não haviam limpado. Fiz reclamação com a responsável pela limpeza e falou que iriam atuar. Perto das 16:20 ainda não haviam iniciado. Fui até a recepção e fiz novamente minha reclamação. Conseguimos entrar no apartamento próximo das 17:00 horas. Hotel com a qualidade do Bendito Cacao deve cuidar melhor desse item, tendo em vista que outros hóspedes já haviam feito esse tipo de reclamação.

Fiquei muito feliz com nossa estadia, como foi a primeira vez que fiz a reserva estava receosa , mas foi tudo certinho tanto com o Hotels.com bem como o Resort Cacau Show. Como foi aniversário do meu esposo, avisei quando fiz a reserva. A minha surpresa foi, quando entramos no quarto, nos reservaram a suíte presidencial, fui comunicada que ganhei um upgrade 😁😁😁. O hotel é lindo..mas tivemks alguns problemas: 1- chegamos as 15 e a recepcao estava lotada de gente esperando quarto. Fomos informados que o nosso quarto tbm nao estaria disponivel. Eu nao aceitei e para resolver a assistente nos colocou no pior quarto do hotel.. encima do telhado da recepcao. Eu fui reclamar e disseram que iriam mudar meu quarto. Ficamos até as 20:00 esperando pois o quatro nao tinha sido limpo. 2- sentimos que o hotel estava com staff reduzido. Na sexta feira chegamos do almoco as 15:00 e nosso quarto nao tinha sido arrumado. 3- toalhas em pessimas condicões. Tiramos ate uma foto.para enviar a gerencia. Pontos positivos: 1- spa muito bom 2- atendentes do restaurante super atenciosos 3- lindas vistas e trilhas no meio da mata. 4- a decoracao do hotel ficou linda.

Estrutura impecável, funcionários prestativos e educados, café da manhã incrível! Fomos em uma viagem com amigos, mas ficamos em um apartamento diferente do que havia sido contratado, mas fomos informados na recepção de que não há como saber se o quarto escolhido tem banheira ou não, no entanto, no detalhamento da reserva devíamos ser informados sobre isso, porque não há qualquer menção sobre isso. Também não havia toalha de rosto em nosso quarto e recebemos toalhas de mão, pois, alegaram que as toalhas de rosto não haviam retornado da lavanderia. São falhas que merecem atenção, no mais, foi uma ótima estadia.
